Welcome to Charmismo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and mailing list. By accessing or using our website and signing up for our mailing list, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Website and Mailing List

  • You may use our website and mailing list only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • By signing up for our mailing list, you agree to receive email communications from us regarding the release of Charmismo and related marketing.

  • You are required to provide a valid email address to sign up for our mailing list. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.

Intellectual Property

  • The website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OMDA Global s.r.o. and its licensors. The website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Czech Republic and foreign countries.

Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your access to our mailing list immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall OMDA Global s.r.o., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the website or mailing list; and (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
